So angry inside, doctor told me to walk.
Or count to ten before I start to talk.

Depression and sadness will cause misery.

I let my enemies get the better of me.
Did not retaliate or see for the need.
When I am angry confusion takes me away.

Knowing life gets us all in time.
This anger is eating me, how could I be so blind?
Woke up in a blind warring rage.
All you said to me was act your age.

Laid back down, it was out of control.
Screaming inside so that no one would know.

Got out a pen and started to write.
The words never came, so I started a fight.
Some say words cannot hurt your heart.
Hope you think less of me-that is a good start.

Don't even know why I am so angry inside.
